Hill Carrow is the CEO of Sports & Properties, Inc. (SPI), a sports, entertainment marketing and development firm based in Raleigh, NC. Under Carrow’s leadership, SPI services corporate clients and assists communities with sports and entertainment economic development projects.
Mr. Carrow’s extensive experience in the sports arena includes leadership roles with the US Olympics Committee as well as management of $100+ million corporate sponsorship of the Atlanta and Lillehammer Olympic Games. He founded numerous state-wide sports organizations including North Carolina Amateur Sports, one of the country’s oldest sports commissions, the State Games of North Carolina, Triangle Sports Commission and the North Carolina Sports Association (NCSA) in in which he served as chairman. Hill Carrow is an attorney and a member in the Sports and Entertainment Law Section of the North Carolina Bar.
