The Mobile Surgical Resuscitation Team (MSRT) is a rapidly deployable 4-5 person team that provides life-saving emergency and surgical care in tactical and austere conditions. Staffed by tactically experienced Surgeons, CRNAs, Emergency Medicine Physicians, Critical Care Nurses and Tactical Paramedics, they are special operations experienced professionals that are comfortable in high-risk, high consequence situations. The MSRT can operate in any temporary structure, on vehicles, watercraft, or aircraft, providing lifesaving interventions even while moving.
