Deployment Assistance Program

overview

The Deployment Assessment Program (DAP) is a comprehensive preparatory initiative designed to ensure employees meet all medical and training requirements prior to deploying overseas in support of government contracts.

DAP utilizes our training portal to guide employees through necessary training requirements and collects certificates and proof of completion in a centralized file. This streamlines the process and significantly reduces administrative time for deployment managers.

The medical component of the program includes the collection of laboratory tests, dental exams, and audiograms, as well as a thorough, age-based, in-person medical examination. This process provides an accurate assessment of pre-deployment risk for both the employee and the employer.

Our physician team brings several hundred years of combined deployed experience to assist in obtaining Combatant Command or contract-required medical waivers.

DAP records are retained for quality assurance and are accessible from exam to exam and year to year.

Finally, any required in-person Combatant Command training and weapons qualification can be scheduled during the same visit, providing a one-stop solution for deployment readiness.
