President and Chief Operating Officer

As VIGILINT’s President and Chief Operating Officer, Julie Siler is responsible for the global and domestic operations of the company, oversees all VIGILINT departments and multidisciplinary teams, and develops the company’s strategic growth initiatives. Julie brings more than 20 years of diverse experience in the healthcare, education, medical device, start-up, and speech-language pathology industries. Prior to her leadership role at VIGILINT, Julie managed the US hub of the Nordic Mentor Network for Entrepreneurship (NOME) Program and held multiple director and on-going consultancy positions. Her dual entrepreneurial and intrapreneurial mindset, plus her critical focus on mentorship, has led to VIGILINT’s growth in staff and leadership positions, streamlined client-focused solutions, and excellent client services protocols.

Julie holds a B.S. from the University of California, San Diego in Psychology with a minor in Biology, a Master of Arts in Communication Disorders from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas, and earned her M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina, Kenan-Flagler Business School in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
