VIGILINT, a corporate medical advisory company, today announced the appointment of James C. Humphlett to Chief Executive Officer effective immediately. As CEO, Humphlett will oversee the Company’s operations.
“Jay brings to VIGILINT a tremendous portfolio of private equity, aerospace, defense and experience, and has a deep understanding of the global security marketplace which will be a great strength for our company,” said Kevin Sullivan, Chief Operating Officer. “What Jay brings to VIGILINT in skill, experience and leadership is imperative to our company’s overall corporate medical advisory vision and growth plan.”
Humphlett is also the Co-Founder and Managing Director of ValuePoint Group, a private equity and consulting firm. He brings over 30 years of industrial and military experience, including President of Tempus Jets Special Mission Aircraft Services where he played a pivotal role in Personnel Recovery missions and Advanced Communications Testbed Programs. Prior to Tempus, Humphlett was the General Manager of Raytheon’s Special Mission Aircraft Raytheon, leading the company’s efforts to enter the airborne systems and contractor business.

Humphlett received his BA from Vanderbilt University and earned his MBA from University of California, Los Angeles. He was also the in the Navy TOPGUN Fighters Weapons School.
